Personal training at GMC Osteopathy is specifically designed to get you moving again. We look to train you functionally by improving your core, upper and lower limb strength. We provide instruction on functional whole body stretching that is ideal for athletes, weekend warriors and everyone looking to get more flexible and balanced.
We view personal training as a means to an end, in such that we believe people should be able to manage their own health. We have group exercise classes that are a great way to get functionally strong and flexible and we tend to train clients up to a level that they can happily manage these classes.
