How to use Saffron:
The best way to give the colour, aroma and other properties of Persian saffron:
• Take a pinch (100 mg) of Persian Saffron and grind to a powder. A small mortar and pestal is a great way to grind the powder.
• Then pour half a cup of hot water into the finely ground powder,
• Cover and let it sit for around 10 minutes. This way you maximise its flavour, colour and all its health properties.
• For saffron rice or any casserole add the saffron mix to the dish at least 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy
