The 12-week Wellness Program is designed to help you step-by-step on your journey to better health, focusing on the essentials of sleep, healthy eating and progressive exercise combined with personal development on mindset and positive attitude and simple lifestyle routines.

12 x 1 hour, one-on-one consultations | Weekly emails | Tailored and flexible programming | Daily routine planning | Pre/Mid/Post health and fitness assessments | Achievable goal setting | Personal development | Progressive exercise and conditioning | Personal training sessions with me (gym) | Personalised exercise programs (home) | Nutritional guidance | On going practical help and motivational support from a health and fitness expert who has overcome CFS himself.
