We are delighted to announce that our design and development processes have achieved ISO9001 international quality management standards, following our
recent application to independent auditors Bureau Veritas. This completes Kinder & Co’s bulk materials handling solutions that make-up our ISO9001

For Kinder & Co our commitment to maintaining ISO9001 quality certification involves a discipline to undertake a minimum of 3 internal audits each
year. This type of regular system checks can take 2 full thorough days. The business then undergoes an extensive annual external independent audit by
representatives of Bureau Veritas. They then track Kinder & Co’s conformity against agreed multi-disciplinary quality standards.
“It was daunting at first,” admits Kinder & Co’s Logistics and IT Manager, Ian Hall, “but it creates a transparency in our performance levels which
isn’t a bad thing in the increasingly global business of bulk materials handling. Secondly, having these agreed systems in place is helping us as our
business continues to expand because we have clear and meaningful quality improvement targets.”
