People meditate for many reasons : to relax, let go of stress, improve health, develop greater focus and awareness, inspire creative thinking, cope better with change and discover inner peace and clarity. We believe meditation is a life skill that everyone can learn, and we explore a range of meditation techniques .. so you find the right practice for you.
Our approach is straightforward, practical and non-religious, and we conduct our classes sitting in chairs.
