Personal Training can be one-to-one or group training. During the first personal training session you will be assessed for a general level of fitness appropriate to your age and health & fitness goals. Each session is tailored to suit your goals as an individual (or group) and the exercises will vary each time. At block intervals (eg. after 4-6 sessions) your fitness will be reassessed and your training adjusted accordingly. Personal training - its all about you!
Personal training is available to both men and women.
