At the initial meeting your personal wedding co-ordinator will listen to your wants, needs and desires. They will assist you with the design and development of your wedding, prioritizing key elements and providing you with expert advice. They will discuss with you a fee for the personalized service as well as assist you set a realistic budget for your entire wedding, based on the level of service and quality you seek. Alterations can be made in relation to their role and to your budget for individual services from inception or during the wedding planning process.
Once your personal co-ordinator has qualified and confirmed your wedding profile they will begin their research and negotiations, securing venues and vendors. Once you agree with each element they will confirm on your behalf.
The service provided by your personal co-ordinator will allow you to make all the decisions that go into creating the day of your dreams, but without the hassle. They will actively seek and encourage your input and feedback to ensure you achieve your perfect day! Their objective throughout the whole process is not to take charge but to listen and co-ordinate the services you already have, with the services you will also need.
