Our Longwall Mine Lighting system is modular in design allowing for quick and easy installation or removal and can be customised to meet the specific and unique requirements of each mine.
A typical installation consists of lead-in power cables, isolator boxes, lights, inter-shield power cables, and Intrinsically Safe power supply enclosures.

To provide a flexible and unique system, our equipment offers multiple Hazardous Area protection techniques including:
- Ex d lights
- Ex e enclosures
- Ex m enclosures
- Ex d connectors

The lights are available in compact or linear lamp formats or LED arrays and are designed to operate on specific mine or machine supply voltages. Our ‘one nut’ closure system ensures quick and easy maintenance of the lights and the magnet mounts allow for quick and flexible placement.
