Recruiting a new Employee

A Business was debating whether to put a new employee on casual rates or salary.
I reviewed the applicable award to this industry and did the calculations to determine which one would be more beneficial to the business. I also informed the business what their obligations were under both options.
I drafted up a letter of appointment that made sure the Employer had complied with the award and to ensure they were covered if there were any long term issues with the employee.
Result: The Business was comfortable that they had made the right financial decision for their business, that they had complied under the award and that they had a professional letter of appointment to offer to their new employee.
