For those who have been attending Level 1 classes for 12 to 18 months. Stronger classes including the full range of yogasanas: standing poses, forward bends & twists, intermediate backbends, head stand, shoulder stand, restorative poses and pranayama. It is recommended that you attend two Level 2 classes each week to progress and evolve your practice. Level 2 classes run: Tuesday 5.30 - 7pm Thursday 7 - 8.30 pm Friday 9.30 - 11am
