We offer 6 introductory classes each week suitable for people who are new to yoga.
The Introductory 10 week courses are for people who have not done yoga before. These courses are the ideal way to become familiar with the methodology of the Iyengar yoga system, including the use of props, sequencing, timing and repetition with respect to the introductory level postures. Basic yoga philosophy concepts will also be introduced during classes.
At the completion of an introductory course, students are eligible to enrol in Level 1 classes.
These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. If you have an injury or health concern, please call the studio to discuss the appropriate class for your condition.
