At Sirona Wellness, I teach chair yoga, a gentle, relaxed form of yoga performed seated in a chair, designed specifically for those with movement restrictions or low fitness levels.
Chair yoga is extremely gentle, and can be self-paced, only performing exercises you are comfortable with and moving forward when you feel you are ready to do so. Chair yoga is a great way to incorporate movement into every day life without further injuring yourself or causing harm and without the added pressure of a packed yoga class.
