Get together with a small group for extra motivation and socialise while you get fit! Training in a small group is often a great way to catch up with friends without the coffee and wine calories, or get to know a whole new group of people. You also have the added benefit of sharing the costs of each session.
Groups can be as small as you and a friend, or you may know of several people who would like to train together. We also offer group sessions at set times if you can't get a group together, but still want to share costs and socialise.
