I had put up with a debilitating back injury for most of my life and had a physio recommend I try Pilates. I have been doing Pilates for over 4 years and I now have no back pain at all and will forever have Pilates as part of exercise schedule. I was attending Pilates right up until the 35 week mark of my pregnancy and while I was listening to girlfriends complain about back pain and being uncomfortable throughout their pregnancies I was feeling terrific. Without it I have no doubt I would not have been able to remain as comfortable or have such an easy birth and recovery. Infinity Pilates are the best in the business. The classes are small so you really feel like you get personalised sessions that work on the key things your body needs. I also love the fact they have various classes spread throughout the day, 6 days a week so if my hectic work schedule means I miss my regular Wednesday evening class then I can just make up for it on a Saturday morning.
