Group Fitness Training for those suffering from Chronic Conditions - Diabetes. The classes are twice a week about 15 participants in each session for 12 weeks. The exercises are mostly Resistance Bands and Chair exercises along with Aerobic activity, including an educational component to discuss healthy eating and behaviuoral changes in fitness motivation.
The products are Resistance Bands and a DVD called the Daily Dose which has all of the Home Based Exercises for you step by step instruction which most of the Exercises that are presented in the Group Exercise Classes.
