The initial consult is a free non obligatory meeting held at our
office to allow us to gather the information required to design your
dream home. This meeting also allows both parties to establish the
requirements for the concept design, planning drawings and working
The site visit is the first phase of the process. It allows us to
establish orientation and where you want your home positioned on the
block of land. This meeting also allows us to gather more information to
help us get the design right for you and your needs.
Once all the required information is gathered, our building designers
will design a dwelling which meets your requirements. We will call you
into the office to discuss and finalised the design and then we can
progress to the next phase of the process.
Once you are happy with the concept, we can move into producing the
documentation required for Planning Approval. This includes a site plan,
floor plan and elevations. Once we have finished the documentation and
plans have been submitted to the council and approval has been obtained,
the next phase can begin.
This is the last phase of the design process
and includes the architectural drawings required for construction. This
document includes a site plan, floor plan, elevations, sections, details
and electrical plan layout as required.
