Since Pro Fitness has been under New Management, we have transformed many aspects of the gym. One of these changes is in the Group Fitness Timetable. We have been out with the old and in with the new!
Sh'Bam, CxWorx, Spin Pump Combo & Aqua Aerobics have been added to the timetable plus the awesome clesses that were already there including Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Balance, SPIN!, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Fitball, Step Attack, Fat Burner, Step TTB, Pro Box & Seniors Stength.
