Take all enquiries regarding the position and screen all applicants
Search for appropriate applicants who are on our database and within our network
Conduct interviews with applicants. The type of interviewing techniques used is dependent on the type of role
Perform a Hogan Profile and Assessment (recommended, but not compulsory)
Reference check to validate their technical competencies, qualifications and previous performance
Negotiate terms and conditions of employment including remuneration package negotiations (optional)
Draft the Contract of Employment and forward to the successful applicant (optional)
