What's involved in a typical Box it Out group fitness class?
A typical Box it Out session will not only increase your fitness (fast!), burn up to 500 calories in one session, tone up, and increase strength, but it's a FUN workout allowing you to see and feel results and benefits within a few sessions! A typical boxercise class at Box it Out includes punching and kicking combinations, interval training and body weight resistance exercises including push ups, sit ups, burpies, squats and lunges all to the beat of the music!
