Boot Camp is a full body, intense group workout comprising of 12 sessions run over 6 weeks. Each challenging session will incorporate circuit based cardio and strength exercises with non contact boxing and kickboxing training. I will be there actively encouraging you to push your limits while keeping you in your comfort zone. So, if you want to increase your muscle tone, stamina, strength, coordination, speed and boost your confidence, this is for you!
