WE have recently met with an Adelaide business Owner and assisted him in improving its business performance and streamlining some offices procedures.
Time Savings?? We have calculated this to be in excess of 3wks of work in a year!!
$$$ Saving, well let’s say they are also substantial!!!
How did this Business Owner achieve these results?
He called Us, and together we started this journey...
So, we started by listening to his requirements than we suggested a smarter and more efficient use of its Microsoft' s Excel software. No need to purchase different / extras software, or attending extra costly training. Just using what his business already had!! That Simple!!
We designed, developed and implemented a new macro enabled S/sheet.
The S/Sheet has consolidated, reduced and streamlined data entry.
(Feedback was received that time saving are around 3 hrs a week. Almost 1/2 a week has been added to his business. Wow!!)
But we did not stop there, we added several features to the S/Sheet, so that the data is easier to be analysed and become more user friendly. (revenue projection / cash-flow, streaming of workload and its analysis)
Excel offered the versatility to analyse data and the simplicity of use that He was after!
We are still adding to this original project other features, such automated (pre-populated) email, visual management of fleet and maintenance data.
Our latest addition, the ability to add appointment / meeting request straight into Outlook.
Everything simple as pushing a button!!!
