To whom it may concern:
Wendy Bailey was assigned to help me find a new direction after I was made redundant in July 2014.
In the three months of assistance I was entitled to, I found her to be helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and a most valuable resource. She helped with the key tasks of bringing my resume up to date, identifying transferrable skills and possible future employers, developing networking skills. In addition she also made use of her own personal contacts to investigate opportunities for me. The handbook supplied was also a very useful resource.
I would not hesitate to recommend Wendy to any employer seeking a quality outplacement service.

I was Quality Manager at an Australian PCB manufacturing company when the decision was made late in 2014 to cease operations and I was unfortunately made redundant.
However I was very fortunate that the company employed the services of Career Pilot to provide outplacement and career transition support for myself and others.
Wendy Bailey was assigned my Managing Consultant and over a four week period, with one-on-one consultations, she navigated me through a very emotional and challenging time in both a professional and proficient manner. Although I was one of many who had been made redundant, at all times I believe Wendy tailored the content of the core material being presented to me to meet my individual needs.
I found Wendy to be the ultimate professional who is competent, extremely knowledgeable in her field and has the right personality to help others. Her positivity is infectious and made me feel worthwhile and confident in my abilities to find new employment.
She is understanding, patient, very approachable and I hold her in the highest regard.
I have since received an offer of employment and am due to commence work in early February.

To whom it may concern
Last year, I was made aware of a role at the very last moment (first thing on a Monday, I was made aware, the applications closed off at 9am the next morning). At that point I realised that my CV was not up to standard.
A network contact put me in touch with Wendy straight away and as soon as Wendy and I first made contact, Wendy made time for me and went out of her way to assist me in rebuilding my resume.
Wendy made time to meet in person that day over coffee, where we were able to discuss what improvements I had made since our first contact on the phone. The informal nature of the meeting, and Wendy's approach made feel very comfortable and she encouraged me to have confidence that I could succeed in submitting my application for the role, even at times when I had self doubt.
Wendy kept in touch with me right through the day, even in the evening, when ever I had a query, or asked her to review something that I had just written, Wendy was right there. And even first thing the next morning, Wendy was in contact after I sent her a final draft in the early hours of that morning, giving me recommendations, getting my spirits back up, and when I submitted my application, I felt on top of the world thanks to Wendy's guidance, encouragement & support.
Wendy's approach was professional and she showed empathy. I feel highly motivated to recommend Wendy to my peers.
