3. An appropriately qualified inspector will visit your property and conduct an on-site investigation;
4. Back at the office we will conduct all appropriate property searches to gain a full understanding of the history of the property, assign values to all of the assets and forecast your deductions claimable over 40 years;
5. This information will be compiled to a detailed, but user-friendly depreciation schedule, designed to maximise your claimable deductions;
6. Your schedule will ready to email or send to you within 3-5 business days following inspection.
