Group Fitness is a great way for you to reach your goals, share experiences and meet others along the way in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.
What to expect
◾Variety of balance, strength, core and cardio based exercises
◾All fitness levels are encouraged and we will modify your exercises according to your experience and fitness/strength levels to obtain your personal best
◾Sessions include the internationally recognized, leading name in Boxing for Fitness training – Thump Boxing.
◾No large group sessions with limited numbers to ensure a more personal and hands-on approach
◾No Bootcamp style sessions. If you need to be yelled at to motivate you, we are not the right trainers for you.
◾Functional type exercises
◾Private group session are available if you have a group of 4 or more friends
◾Corporate group sessions are available if you have a team of 4 or more and want to increase your staff engagement, achieve greater productivity, reduce absenteeism and team build.
