As part of our commitment we offer a complimentary service to all our online customers to alter length (dress hem, sleeve length, pants hem) on your new purchases.
To have a length altered simply contact us and ask for more accurate garment measurements if there is not enough information in the description of the item.
To avoid return postage fee ( non refundable) we recommend to make your decision before dispatch. Please allow us 5 business days for the alteration service to be completed.
How to work out the length it needs to be shortened to after receiving the item?
Try on your garment and ask a friend/family member to help you fold back the hem to the desired length. You can use a bit of sticky tape on the inside of the garment if you do not have access to the pins.
Knitted, beaded, mesh etc.. fabrics can not be altered. This is a complimentary service for our online customers only!
Items tag sizing can vary by manufacturer, so all the products in our store have been measured to the Australian standards and an appropriate size has been labeled on the product page.
Once garment is altered to a customer's specifications, it may not be returned or exchanged.
The customer takes full responsibility for the requested length alteration!
If garment needs to be altered after purchasing and receiving, it should be returned to "FF" Head office within 14 days from purchase for any required alterations.
An invoice which covers Express Shipping fee of $12 will be send to the customer after the garment is altered and ready to be shipped back to the owner.
