Depending on your fitness level or health condition a program can be tailored to suit you and if unable to participate in all the group sessions personal training can be arranged for you – Gwen will be your Personal Coach to monitor your progress during your stay.
Your morning training sessions will be led by her team of highly professional fitness trainers. Gwen and one of our fitness trainers will take you on a fun sporting exercise activity in the afternoon of either bike riding, tennis, etc.
A typical morning session might look like this: Beach walk, increasing to short bursts of jog and some boxing.
Boot camp style circuit training:
I assess the ambitions of my guests prior to arrival and on arrival a quick fitness test. Depending on the season and the length of stay a selection of the following scheduled activities are offered:
-Gymnasium – Weight training
-Stand Up Paddling
-Fitness challenges (hills, stairs and beach sessions)
