CAD CAM systems ensure fast set-up and accurate replication. The range equipment means we are able to meet all your requirements from simple hand held table routing and pin routing through to CNC machining for more complex parts.

Factory machine guards are a must for safety. We bend and shape polycarbonate for guards to fit your machinery and ensure the safety of your staff.
While most of the plastics available in stock are in sheet and rodform, we offer a variety of fabrication and machining solutions - including plastic welding, drilling, tapping, diamond edge polishing, flame polishing, linishing, bandsaw cutting, router trimming, heat bending and machining of parts with holes and slots - to your specifications - in one off or larger volume runs.
