Police recently charged a 42 year old male from Nundah with drink driving after a breath analysis reading 0.152.
The male who is expected to plead guilty to drink driving in the Brisbane Magistrates Court later in July advised that he was driving home after a session with friends at the Breakfast Creek Hotel.
The male who cannot be named has a history of drink driving, having been caught 6 times in 10 years.
His licence was immediately suspended under the new drink drive provisions which highlight that any reading over .100 results in suspension until the court date.
