Boot Camp is such a fun way to get fit quickly. You'll be looking toned in no time with innovative, challenging & fun complete body work outs. Classes are held every Monday at 12, Tuesday at 7.15am, Wednesday 5.30am & 6pm, Thursday 7.15-8am & 12 & Saturday morning 9.30-10.30am.
