Classes are held every Monday at 12, Tuesday at 7.15am, Wednesday 5.30am & 6pm, Thursday 7.15-8am & 12 & Saturday morning 9.30-10.30am.

At Brisbane Fitness Empire you will be taught valuable fighting skills so you can jump in the ring and have an amateur boxing or kickboxing fight. These skills are also incorporated into PT just for fun and for a great, innovative work out for those not wanting to fight.
