CPP31011 Cleaning Operations is nationally a nationally recognized qualification and allows you to advertise your cleaners as qualified Certificate II or III Cleaners. It aims to improve efficiency, safety, and promote a higher standard of cleaning.  It can cover the units of competency listed below*. Subjects included correct chemical handling, understanding cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting and sterilization. The importance of activation times, dilution. WHS for cleaners reporting, policy, procedures industry codes of practice and compliance for cleaners. Selecting and using the correct cleaning methods, equipment and cleaning chemicals. In short this course highlights the difference between a trained professional cleaner that has completed the CPP31011 Cleaning Operations qualification and one that hasn't.  This qualification applies to individuals working in the cleaning industry as cleaners who are responsible for planning work, liaising with customers and operating in a range of general domestic and commercial settings as well as specialist cleaning environments. The cleaner may work alone or under supervision and have responsibility selecting the method of cleaning to be used and ensuring safe work practices.
