...it is easier than you could ever imagine
When you begin your quit smoking program it is important to set yourself up for success... Make sure you get all the help and support you can from your friends and family, but most importantly from yourself. Let people know you are quitting and ask for their support.
Of course there are ways in which you can help yourself for instance, if there are situations in which you have always loved to have a smoke (like when having a drink with friends), you may want to make it easier for the first few weeks of your stop smoking program and you may want to choose to stay away from those situations, knowing you are the best judge of when you want to work those situations back into your life.
Quit Smoking generally consists of two sessions. The first session includes an initial assessment of suitability, an agreement of action as well as history/background health record gathering in order to create a personalised therapy plan for your successful treatment regime.
The second quit smoking session you are once again taken to a deep relaxed inner level of consciousness under your own control and the therapist’s guidance through a system of mutual co-operation to reinforce the first quit smoking session. In some cases a third and fourth stop smoking session may be required to take a deeper look at the areas of habit and other unwanted behaviours that may have been previously established in your psyche.
Often these other problems are successfully addressed along the way giving good value for money. Asthma, for example, frequently goes away seemingly all by itself when treating stop smoking problems.
The Cost of our Quit Smoking Program is $250.00 (two sessions).
