If you enjoy the camaraderie of teams in a coaching environment, then you might consider booking a group session. Group sessions are a more cost effective way of receiving health coaching and support in teams. You just need 3 to 7 friends to run a group session or register your interest in a group session and I will contact you when it is scheduled. Sessions are scheduled in advance and
You will receive:
cover specific topics (e.g. weight loss, healthy Lifestyles, etc).
Two 75-90 minute in person, phone of Skype group sessions in a month (two weeks apart)
Follow-up notes detailing the session goals and recommended action steps.
E-mail support between sessions and one week post workshop completion.
Delicious and easy healing food recipes and resources.
Guidance and support to learn how to use foods to heal and easily incorporate them into your lifestyle.
