After completing an inspection, an annual report detailing the condition of your property will be forwarded. This will include, along with internal and external photographs, a report outlining the condition of all Surfaces (i.e. walls, floor coverings) window treatments, furniture and soft furnishings, fixtures and fittings, appliances.
We have a wealth of knowledge as owners, managers, tenants and guests and we want to assure property owners who need help and reassurance that they are getting value for money from the people they employ to manage, service and maintain their properties. We are independent and unbiased towards agents.
