Structural Integration (SI) is a clinically proven method of improving the body's structure and function by realigning it with the forces of gravity. Typically, SI is completed in a series of 10 hour-long sessions that sequentially treat different areas of the body. Research shows that SI can significantly improve physical skills, feeling of wellbeing, emotional calmness, sensory awareness, social interaction, memory recall and muscular efficiency.
