P & F Stretching
Posture & Flexibility one on one sessions
identify problematic muscles. I teach clients the most effective way to stretch
their muscles increasing their range of movement which reduces their tension in
the body. The P & F stretching is so effective that initial stretching need
only be done twice a week to see improvements. P & F classes have been
taught at the Australian National University in Canberra since 1988. It is used
by office workers, sportspeople, tradespeople, men and women of all ages.
Regardless of age and currently flexibility, P & F stretching can be
adapted and used by anyone seeking improved flexibility.
