Wing Chun Kung Fu is a simple yet very effective form of self defense that does not require physical strength or athleticism to excel. Instead concentrates on developing the natural structure of the human body and the infusion of the mind and body and relaxation to maximise your potential to generate and overcome force. The self defense strategy based around the centreline theory provides for a simple direct and efficient means to defend against much larger attackers. The system is based around 5 basic principle being simplicity, directness, practicality, economy of movement and minimum use of brute strength. Through the Wing Chun For Life training program you will develop correct body structure and bio-mechanical principles of movement that will touch every aspect of your life improving your overall well being. The principal instructor Richard Antonini has been training in wing chun kung fu since 1989 and is one of the most senior and knowledgeable instructors in his lineage. Having been directly by Grandmaster Jim Fung and his Grandmaster Chu Shong Tin.
