Pilates is the exercise everyone should be doing. If you are male or female, it does not matter. The core is what holds us together and provides the foundation for the larger muscles that provide movement etc.
If you feel that you need to strengthen your core muscles or participate in activity that requires you to have that core switch on, you should try Pilates.
Pilates is for everyone. One-on-one sessions, small groups or classes.
