Mind Body and Balance massage therapy is based on your individual needs. The massage that you receive may be a combination of various styles eg. chinese cupping, thai-yoga, remedial, indian head massage etc. This means that you get results. Or alternativly you can request a massage style that you enjoy.
If you have pain or discomfort, the treatment is very different to a relaxation or massage and the massage technique will be left up to the therapist.
