Power Punch (Boxing):
This class is a great way to get the heart pumping (plus let out some of the stress of your day, too!). Boxing classes are a combination of different types of punching, as well as some other great cardio activities and body weight exercises. Boxing is a really popular group fitness class because it's FUN and it gets results!

Motor Up Monday and Beginner Body (Indoor Circuit Training):
If you want to build strength, muscular endurance and tone your body, our indoor circuits are for you! Based around a variety of weighted exercises, the indoor circuits are challenging and rewarding sessions. They're a full body workout, done in the comfort of our Brisbane personal training studio.
These sessions are great for... Getting stronger, sculpting and toning

Strengthen those abs, improve your posture and "feel the burn" with our Ab Blast class! A full 30 minutes of core work to start your day.
This session is great for... Toning your tummy, improving your posture and getting rock hard abs!

Hip Hop 4 Health
Want to incorporate something different into your routine? Come along to our Hip Hop 4 Health Dance Classes! We learn new steps every week to the latest music and it's a fun, rewarding session!
This session is great for... Learning new skills, getting that heart rate up, improving co-ordination

We all have busy lives and it's not often we take time out to unwind our body and mind. Our stretch and relaxation class incorporates yoga, stretching exercises and meditation to elongate your body and calm your mind.

Outdoor High Intensity Training
What better way to start your weekend than a workout in the great outdoors? Happening every Saturday morning, this session is full of variety to help you burn the most calories. Expect something different every week!
