An enduring Power of Attorney is a very important document that allows someone you totally trust to make decisions on your behalf (as if they were your decisions) in either your absence or when you become incapacitated. We emphasize the person you give this attorney to must be someone that you have total trust and faith in and once you have selected that person, if you had a Will and Advanced Health Directive, you predominately have covered all bases with respect to should you ever become incapacitated and/or want your wishes to be adhered to.
