Authegrity Pty Ltd is a company focused on supporting other businesses through change processes bringing the deep commercial and change management experience of its Principal Ure P Auckland to assist the client. Ure P Auckland has 30 years business experience, including 15 years in senior leadership roles including COO, CFO, VP Human Resources, General Manager, and Director in stints with three start-up high growth technology organisation’s.
Throughout the 15 years Ure was a key driver of strategic organisational change programs including major commercialisation programs, quality systems, acquisitions and integrations, a merger, a demerger, IT projects, IPOs, and restructuring and was deeply involved in developing and sustaining the unique and committed organisation cultures that supported those organisations in achieving extraordinary goals.
One of those organisations won the Australian Quality Award, a Telstra Best Small Business in Australia award, and made the BRW Fastest Growing 100 list seven years running.
In recent years Ure has added to his corporate leadership experience through his work in the community where in men’s organisations and through a passion for higher consciousness work Ure has expanded his experience in working with group dynamics and with group energy. Ure now brings experience in taking groups into a level of authentic communication rarely seen or experienced in corporate life.
A core focus for Authegrity as its name suggests is values based change management work with organisations supporting teams to communicate authentically to get to the heart of business issues in an approach grounded in integrity. Ure has extensive experience in successfully managing the people and
culture side of acquisitions and other major projects with impact of people and culture.
