Heartmoves is a  low-to-moderate intensity physical activity program developed by the National Heart Foundation. It is suitable for older adults, people who haven't done any exercise for awhile and those with or at risk of stable chronic health conditions. Come along and exercise at your own pace in a fun and friendly group environment.

Heartmoves sessions include:

* warm-up and cool-down
* stretching
* aerobic and resistance training
* balance, coordination and flexibility
