The IP PBX phone system has been configured to route calls from our 1300 number directly to our operators who can than support our clients sources from both Townsville Computer Man (TCM) and GYMP Media (GM). Director of SA, Nicholas O’Sullivan said the solution is easy and simple and will be effective. “The new IP PBX phone system is easy to use and will allow Suburban Australia to achieve our sales targets,” said Mr O’Sullivan. “The system will allow clients to select the service they require, once the area is chosen by using the phone dial pad your call will be routed to either TCM or GM.” The new IP PBX phone solution will ensure Suburban Australia continues to achieve our mission.
