Courtesy and empathy: The desire and ability to understand and accommodate another's feelings.
Chemistry: A business is often looking for a "team player,” a person who "gets along with others,” wears a smile, doesn't get rattled and is confident.
Energy: Someone who gives the extra effort in both little things and important matters.
Determination: Someone who does not back off when a problem or task gets tough or difficult.
Confidence: A person who radiates a "can do" attitude. Reliability: A person who completes the task without being constantly reminded and who can be depended upon to do the job properly.
Honesty/ Integrity: Takes responsibility for their actions, both good and bad, and the consequences.
Pride: Paying attention to details and doing the job to the best of their ability -- and being proud of it. Attention to quality.
Dedication: Being committed to seeing the project or goal through to completion. Working within time frame or period given.
Analytical Skills: The ability to weigh the pros and cons and not jump to the first solution. Compare the short-term and long-term benefits of a solution against its possible negatives.
