May we at South City Mazda Service Department congratulate you on the purchase of your new Vehicle, and we look forward to seeing you at your first service. In order to assist you in a speedy, efficient and complete service we have listed below a few pointers we feel will help us to provide the service you desire.

BOOKING YOUR SERVICE (Allow 3 to 4 days prior to service)

Before booking your service please make a list of any additional work you require and have your Vehicle Registration Number on hand, then call our Direct Service Line on 07 3347 5080 and give your list to a Service Advisor or book online at We also offer an early bird drop off system before our regular opening hours, should you require this please enquire whilst initially booking in your vehicle prior to the day. To provide efficient service to all of our customers, our workshop day is planned in advance, should there be any additional items to be addressed please ensure we are advised at time of the initial booking, an appropriate amount of time will then be allocated to your vehicle.


The service reception opens from 7:30am until 5:30pm. One of our Service Advisors will ‘book’ the vehicle in and advise approximately what time the work will be completed. We endeavor to provide a complimentary wash on vehicles booked for scheduled services.


We operate a courtesy bus to the city and general suburbs. Our first run leaves the Service Reception at 8:00am and varied times thereafter. We would be happy to drop you off and arrange a later pick up, please advise us when booking in your vehicle if you require this service.


Available at no charge. Booking must be made 3 weeks prior to service.


AFTER HOURS SERVICE (24hr - 7 days)
As a customer service South City Mazda provide an after hours contact. After hours assistance can be arranged by contacting the Emergency Service Van number - 1800 22 77 66 - we will endeavor to assist you however assistance in some areas may not be possible.
