XtraMile Fitness has a unique outdoor training system that guarantees improved health, increased fitness, all the activity and none of the boredom.  You may be training by yourself or with up to 3 other people, but I try to limit the group size to 3 as this means you will receive my personal attention.  The classes are a combination of circuit and resistance style exercises.  There is always some aerobic work (including a boxing routine), but nothing that will leave you face down panting for air on the footpath.  All exercise is done at your fitness level.  All morning sessions are at James Drysdale Recreation Reserve on the Jinker Track, Ferny Hills.  Please visit the website for more details.
