Yoga is a complete discipline and as such offers support for a wide range of physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual issues. Yoga can provide therapeutic healing for back injury or other postural complaints. It relieves accumulated stress and provides a way to unwind and relax within a busy lifestyle, preventing stress related illness. Yoga also enhances the mind body connection bringing countless benefits including greater self-awareness and intuition, and a greater sense of ease and happiness within the body.
The sessions and programs that I provide are Hatha Yoga based and can incorporate dynamic routines (vinyasas), static yoga poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, or a variety of all of these. I vary the content to best suit the needs of the client. Yoga therapy can be used as a stand-alone form of healing or combined with one of the other healing practices I offer.
