These can all be done in the comfort of your own home or Outside in the fresh air at a local Park,
I run Group Fitness/Bootcamps/Boxing sessions three days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:15 at a quiet park in Eatons Hill.. Kids are welcome to come play in the park away from busy roads whilst you train.
