Kate has practiced Iyengar yoga for over 10 years and has been teaching
for over 6 years. Yoga butterfly teaches classical yoga with a dynamic
aspect for those wanting a stronger practice.
Kate is also dedicated to guiding students to take these ancient and
powerful yoga teachings into every aspect of their lives, to grow and
free themselves form the chaos of the mind that can sometimes control
The most important thing in your life is caring for you, attending
class can be challenging at times, attending in these times takes
courage, and you will be greatly rewarded from your practice and the
energy in this safe and nurturing space.
Some things to consider
Wear something comfortable you can move and breathe freely in.
I strongly advise not eating 2hrs before your yoga practice
(You may be able to have something very light if necessary)
If you prefer your own mat bring it along.
