When prescribing a Personal Training program my main focus is health! I have a holistic approach to making physical changes to an individual’s body. I have a clear understanding that to make life long changes to an individual’s physical body, that there is more than just lack of exercise and poor nutritional choices causing the imbalance. I believe that by bringing the body into health and running efficiently that the process is much less painful as some would make you believe. While extreme amounts of exercise and diets which cause the body to be starved of essential nutrients, do have a quick impact. They are always doomed for failure, dangerous, a lot of hard work and unsustainable for a balanced life. I work with my clients to gain greater health, by educating them with exercise, nutrition and clearing any old beliefs and fears which are holding them back.
